Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route a Calhoun County request according to the record and court:
- A docket sheet: use official Alabama case access or request the case action summary from the proper clerk
- A court date or setting: consult the latest notice and docket, then confirm with the assigned court office
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by exact case number or use a name with the correct court and division
- A municipal case: contact the city court shown on the citation because city records do not move to the county clerk by default

Circuit divisions use 256-231-1750, District divisions use 256-231-1850, and Family divisions use 256-231-1740. Public inspection and copy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
